A simple and delicious Goat Cheese Ball recipe with honey, cranberries and almonds. Perfect appetizer for any occasion!
Ingredients
8ouncessoft goat cheese
4ouncesplain cream cheesedairy-free or regular
⅔cupdried cranberries
2-3tablespoonshoney+ more for drizzling
1tablespoondried thyme leaves
1tablespoondried parsley leaves
1tablespoondried oregano leaves
1tablespoondried basil leaves
⅓cupslivered almonds

Instructions
Add: Add 8 ounces soft goat cheese, 4 ounces plain cream cheese, ⅔ cup dried cranberries, 2-3 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon dried thyme leaves, 1 tablespoon dried parsley leaves, 1 tablespoon dried oregano leaves, and 1 tablespoon dried basil leaves in a medium bowl.
Combine: Use a fork or electric mixer to combine ingredients.
Form Ball: Use clean hands to form the goat cheese mixture into a large ball. Spread ⅓ cup slivered almonds on a plate. Set goat cheese ball on top and roll around allowing the slivered almonds to cover the outside of the ball.
Serve: Place the goat cheese ball on a small plate and drizzle with additional honey. Enjoy with crackers of your choice.

Make Ahead: you can easily make this ahead of time and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days in an airtight container.
Dairy Free: simply swap out the plain cream cheese for a dairy-free alternative.
