What You Will Need
- soft goat cheese – just grab your favorite!
- plain cream cheese – feel free to use regular cream cheese or dairy-free.
- dried thyme leaves, dried parsley leaves, dried oregano leaves, & dried basil leaves – a perfect combo of herbs that bring a lot of great flavor!
- honey – for both mixing into the goat cheese ball and drizzling on top!

How To Make A Goat Cheese Ball
The first steps to making this easy recipe is to place all of your basic ingredients, except the almonds in a large bowl.
Use a fork or handheld electric mixer to fully combine.
Form the cheese mixture into a ball.
Put the slivered almonds on a small plate and roll the cheese ball in them to coat the outside.
Drizzle some extra honey on top for an added touch of sweetness!

Ingredients
- 8oz soft goat cheese
- 4oz plain cream cheese (dairy-free or regular)
- 3 teaspoons dried thyme leaves
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley leaves
- 3 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
- 3 teaspoons dried basil leaves
- 2–3 tablespoons honey (+ more for drizzling)
- 2/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup slivered almonds
- serve: crackers of your choice
Instructions
- Add: Add goat cheese, cream cheese, thyme, parsley, oregano, basil, honey and dried cranberries in a medium bowl.
- Combine: Use a fork or electric mixer to combine ingredients.
- Form Ball: Use clean hands to form the goat cheese mixture into a large ball. Spread slivered almonds on a plate. Set goat cheese ball on top and roll around allowing the slivered almonds to cover the outside of the ball.
- Serve: Place the goat cheese ball on a small plate and drizzle with additional honey. Enjoy with your choice of crackers.

- Make Ahead: you can easily make this ahead of time and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days in an airtight container.
- Dairy Free: simply swap out the plain cream cheese for a dairy-free alternative.
