A delicious Greek Yogurt Chicken Salad Sandwich recipe that is made without mayo! Packed with flavor and perfect for lunch or dinner!
Ingredients

Chicken Salad:

chicken breasts
cooked & shredded

plain greek yogurt
more to taste
▢

teaspoon
dijon mustard
▢

tablespoon
honey
more to taste
▢
1/4 - 1/2
cup
almonds or pecans
slivered
▢

cup
red or green grapes
halved
▢
1/2
cup
celery
sliced (about 2 stalks)

green onions
sliced
▢

red onion
diced

teaspoon
kosher salt

ground black pepper

dried tarragon leaves

lemon juice

Additional Ingredients:

bread slices of your choice
▢
butter lettuce
Instructions
Combine all Chicken Salad ingredients in a large bowl. Stir to combine.
Taste and adjust any seasoning or flavor, as-desired.
Place some butter lettuce on a piece of bread, top with chicken salad and top with a final piece of bread - enjoy!
Notes
Shredded Chicken
: I love using this simple

: use a plain dairy-free alternative yogurt.
Gluten Free
: if serving on bread, simply pick-up your favorite gluten-free version.
Storage
