A delicious Greek Yogurt Chicken Salad Sandwich recipe that is made without mayo! Packed with flavor and perfect for lunch or dinner!
Ingredients

halved (or green grapes)

plain greek yogurt
more to taste

slivered (or pecans)

dijon mustard

Additional Ingredients:

Instructions
Combine
: In a large bowl, add
shredded chicken
,
1 cup red grapes
,
¾ cup plain greek yogurt
,
sliced celery
,
green onions
,
¼ - ½ cup almonds
,
diced onion
,
2 tablespoons honey
,
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
,
2 teaspoons lemon zest
,
1 ¼ teaspoons kosher salt
,
1-2 teaspoons dried tarragon leaves
,
1 teaspoon lemon juice
, and
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
. Stir to combine.
Adjust
: Taste and adjust any seasoning or flavor, as-desired.
Serve
: Place some butter lettuce on a piece of bread, top with chicken salad and top with a final piece of bread - enjoy!
Notes
