Herby Ranch Dressing: Add ingredients to a small blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust any flavors and add any salt or pepper, as desired.
Grill Chicken Breasts: Preheat grill to 400 °F. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides. Place chicken directly on the grill grates and let cook over direct heat for 4-5 minutes per side. Move chicken to indirect heat and let cook for another 5-7 minutes or until the internal temp reaches 160 °F. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
Prep Ingredients: Make sure your bacon is cooked, eggs are hard-boiled and veggies are chopped.
Build Salads: Divide lettuce, onion, bacon, tomato, chicken, blue cheese, avocado and hard boiled eggs between two large bowls. Top with as much Herby Ranch Dressing as you want!

Chicken: Feel free to use whatever you prefer here - we used some grilled chicken breasts, but rotisserie chicken would be a great option too!
