Make Marinade: In a small bowl combine 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon lime juice, 2 teaspoons garlic, 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce, ½ teaspoon sesame oil, ¼ teaspoon dried oregano, ¼ teaspoon garlic powder, ¼ teaspoon dried rosemary, and a pinch kosher salt and ground black pepper. Whisk to combine.
Marinate Steak: Place the 1 pound flank steak in a deep baking dish or large storage bag and pour the marinade over the steak and ensure it is fully covered. Let marinate a minimum of 30 minutes.
Grill Steak: Ensure grill has clean grates and bring to medium-high heat (450-500℉). Remove steaks from marinade (let any excess marinade fall off) and place over direct heat. Close grill. Sear on grill 3-5 minutes per side for medium rare or until the center of the thickest part of the steak reaches 130℉ using a meat thermometer - or let cook until desired level of doneness.
Rest + Cut: Remove from grill and let rest for 10 minutes. Place on a cutting board and cut into strips (cut against the grain).
