Garlic Butter: Combine 2 tablespoons butter and 2 teaspoons garlic in small bowl, stir to combine. Set aside.
Warm Up Noodles: Bring a flat top griddle to a high heat. Add 1-2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil and use spatula to spread evenly over the middle of the pan. Carefully add 8.2 oz Udon Noodles* and move around. They tend to stick together and break easily so let them warm up a bit and they will start to toss more easily.
Season Noodles: Add 2 tablespoons of the garlic butter to the Blackstone and move the noodles around in it. Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, toss to combine. As the noodles continue to warm up add another 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and salt and pepper, to taste.
