½cupsour cream
1tablespoon+ 1 teaspoon dried parsley leaves
1tablespoonmilkbuttermilk, unsweetened almond milk, reg. milk, more to thin
2teaspoonsred wine vinegar
1 ½teaspoonsdried dill weed
1 ½teaspoonsdried chives
1teaspoononion powder
1teaspoongarlicminced
1teaspoondijon mustard
1teaspoonlemon juice
½teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoonkosher salt
⅛teaspoonground black pepper
Instructions
Combine: Add ingredients to a small blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
Adjust: Taste and adjust any flavors and add any salt or pepper, as desired.
