Honey Mustard Dressing - a simple, delicious honey mustard dressing recipe that is perfect for your favorite salad!
Ingredients
3/4 - 1cupPlain Greek Yogurt*
2tablespoonsyellow mustard
2tablespoonsdijon mustard
2-3tablespoonshoney
1teaspoongrated lemon zest
pinchof kosher salt and ground black pepper
water to thinif needed
Instructions
Combine ingredients in wide-mouth mason jar.
Cover tightly with lid.
Shake until fully combined.
Alternatively, you can add to mason jar or small bowl and whisk or stir until combined.
Taste and adjust any sweetness, as desired. If too thick - add water a tablespoon at a time and whisk again. Repeat until you have reached your desired thickness.

Notes
*Dairy-Free: to make this dairy-free simply use a plain, unsweetened dairy-free yogurt in place of the Greek yogurt.
Mustard: if you don't like dijon mustard you can replace it with more yellow mustard if you prefer.
Storage: store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
