Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh watermelon cut into 1 inch cubes
Instructions
- Prep: Put a large piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet.
- Freeze: Place watermelon cubes in a single layer on the parchment paper. Be sure to leave space between them, so they are not touching. Move the whole tray to the freezer, uncovered, for 1-2 hours or until completely frozen.
- Store: Transfer frozen watermelon to a freezer-safe bag and label. Store in the freezer.
- Serve: Use in our easy watermelon smoothie or eat plain for a refreshing summer snack!
