6-8large pieces of bread
1-2tablespoonsolive oil
2teaspoonsItalian seasoning
1teaspoonkosher salt
Instructions
Prep: Preheat oven to 375℉.
Cut + Season: Cut 6-8 large pieces of bread into 1 inch by 1 inch sized pieces. Place in a bowl and drizzle with 1-2 tablespoons olive oil; toss to coat. Sprinkle with 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning and 1 teaspoon kosher salt; toss to coat.
Bake: Place on baking sheet and bake, middle rack, for 15-20 minutes turning halfway.
