Our quick and easy Jalapeño Ranch recipe is made with real, simple ingredients and perfect for enjoying on sandwiches, wraps, or as a dip!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (regular or dairy-free sour cream)
  • 1 jalapeño cut into pieces with seeds & membranes removed
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1-2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Put all of the ingredients in a small food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust any flavors according to your personal preferences.
  • Enjoy any way you want - we love it for dipping our Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas!

Notes

  • Spice Level: we kept it fairly mild, but feel free to leave in the seeds/membrane or add more jalapeño to increase the heat level.
  • Dairy Free: simply use a dairy-free sour cream.
  • Storage: store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
