Ingredients
2teaspoonskosher salt
2teaspoonsgarlic powder
1teaspoonground black pepper
1teaspoondried oregano leaves
1teaspoondried rosemarycrushed
½teaspoononion powder
½teaspooncoriander
Instructions
Combine: In a small bowl, add 2 teaspoons kosher salt, 2 teaspoons garlic powder, 1 teaspoon ground black pepper, 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, ½ teaspoon onion powder, and ½ teaspoon coriander. Mix to combine.
Kosher Salt: be sure to use kosher salt and not table salt or it will be too salty. If you like lamb less salty, feel free to start with 1 or 1.5 teaspoons of kosher salt and add 1-2 more, as desired (everyone has different levels of salt they like).
Storage: keep in an airtight container for up to 6 months in the pantry.
