Take your lox bagel to another level with this Lox Bagel Rice Bowl recipe! Super simple to make and packed with flavor!
Ingredients

Chive + Dill Cream Cheese Sauce

sub plain Greek Yogurt

cream cheese
softened

fresh dill
chopped

fresh chives

fresh parsley

fresh lemon juice

teaspoon
lemon zest

garlic
minced

teaspoon
rice vinegar

kosher salt

Lox Bagel Rice Bowl

rice of your choice
cooked

lox
▢

red onion
halved and thinly sliced

capers
▢

soft-boiled eggs
halved

fresh lemon wedges
▢
garnish: fresh dill + salt and pepper for eggs
Instructions
Combine Chive + Dill Cream Cheese Sauce in a bowl; set aside.
Divide rice, lox, red onion, capers, and eggs between 2 bowls.
Add as much of the Chive + Dill Cream Cheese Sauce as you want in each bowl.
Garnish with fresh dill, add some salt + pepper to the egg and squeeze some fresh lemon juice over top.
Notes
Dairy-Free
: to make this dairy-free use a dairy-free sour cream + dairy-free cream cheese in the sauce.
