Make Sauce: Combine Chive + Dill Cream Cheese Sauce in a bowl; set aside.
Build Bowls: Divide rice, lox, red onion, capers, and eggs between 2 bowls. Add as much of the Chive + Dill Cream Cheese Sauce as you want in each bowl.
Serve: Garnish with fresh dill, add some salt + pepper to the egg and squeeze some fresh lemon juice over top. Enjoy!

Dairy-Free: to make this dairy-free use a dairy-free sour cream + dairy-free cream cheese in the sauce.
