Mango Pineapple Salsa - an easy and delicious mango pineapple salsa recipe that is perfect for chips or on tacos!
Ingredients
1 ½cupspineapplediced
1 ½cupsmangodiced
½red oniondiced
½cupred bell pepperdiced
¼cupfresh cilantroroughly chopped
3tablespoonslime juice
¼teaspoonkosher saltmore if desired
1jalapenodiced (optional)
1avocadodiced (optional or add more, if you want)
Instructions
Combine: In a large bowl, add 1 ½ cups pineapple, 1 ½ cups mango, diced onion, ½ cup red bell pepper, ¼ cup fresh cilantro, 3 tablespoons lime juice, ¼ teaspoon kosher salt and jalapeño and avocado (if using). Stir to combine.
Adjust: Taste and add any additional lime juice or salt, as desired.
Serve: Enjoy with your favorite chips or on these yummy ahi tuna tacos!
Notes
Storage: This salsa starts to get soft fairly quickly so you can store it in an airtight container in the fridge for about 2-3 days. After that the texture will definitely get fairly soft. If you are like us, it won't last too long without being eaten anyway!
Serve: this salsa is perfect with your favorite tortilla chips (we love Siete tortilla chips)! Or you can toss it on some Ahi Tuna Tacos!
