The perfect, smoothest Peruvian Green Sauce that is amazing on some grilled chicken or steak with some rice!
Ingredients

fresh cilantro
chopped
▢
1-2
jalapenos
remove seeds and membrane
▢
1-2
garlic cloves
smashed
▢
1
green onions
sliced
▢
juice of 1 lime
▢
1/4
cup
+ 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
▢
1/4
cup
mayo
▢
1
teaspoon
rice vinegar
▢

tablespoons
olive oil
▢
1/4
teaspoon
kosher salt
more to taste
▢
pinch
of ground black pepper
Instructions
Blend
: Add ingredients to a high-powered blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
Taste
: Taste and add additional salt, jalapeno or lime juice - as desired.
Serve
: Serve with some
Peruvian Chicken
or
Grilled Steak

Notes
Make it Spicy
: feel free to leave in the seeds + membrane of the jalapeno to amp up the spice!
