Tomato Burrata Salad
- the perfect dish for a hot summer night! This tomato burrata salad recipe is light, fresh, and so easy to make!
Ingredients

large beefsteak tomatoes
sliced
▢
4-8
oz
fresh burrata
broken into chunks
▢
1/4
cup
basil pesto
more if desired
▢
10
cherry tomatoes
halved
▢
1/4
cup
fresh basil leaves
▢
high-quality extra virgin olive oil
▢
kosher salt or sea salt
▢
fresh cracked pepper
▢
for serving:
grilled bread
or crostini*
Instructions
Thickly slice beefsteak tomatoes and lay on a platter or large serving plate.
Top with pieces of burrata, dollops of pesto, halved cherry tomatoes and fresh basil leaves.
Drizzle with your favorite high-quality olive oil and sprinkle with some salt and pepper.
Serve with
grilled bread
, crostini, crackers or toast and your favorite glass of wine!
Notes
*Gluten-free
: feel free to use regular or gluten-free bread/crostini/crackers.
Tomatoes
: feel free to use whatever tomatoes you have - even better if they come straight out of your garden, farmers market, or CSA!
