Ingredients
Poke Sauce:
¼cupsoy saucesub tamari for gluten-free
1teaspoonrice vinegar
½teaspoongarlicminced
½teaspoonlime juice
¼teaspoonsesame oil
¼teaspoongingergrated
⅛teaspoonsriracha
Bowl:
8ouncessushi grade ahi tuna
2cupscooked sushi ricecook per package instructions
1-2mangoscubed
1avocadosliced
1cupedamameshelled
1cupcucumbersliced
½cupcarrotsjulienned
¼cupcilantrochopped
sesame seedsoptional - for garnish
Instructions
Make Sauce: In a small bowl, add ¼ cup soy sauce, 1 teaspoon rice vinegar, ½ teaspoon garlic, ½ teaspoon lime juice, ¼ teaspoon sesame oil, ¼ teaspoon ginger, and ⅛ teaspoon sriracha; whisk to combine and set aside.
Marinate Tuna: Slice 8 ounces sushi grade ahi tuna into cubes and place in a medium bowl. Pour Sauce over top and set aside while prepping the remaining ingredients.
Build Bowls: Divide rice, marinated tuna, mango, avocado, edamame, carrots, cucumber and cilantro between two bowls. Garnish with black sesame seeds, if desired.

Sushi-Grade Tuna: I usually have good luck finding sushi-grade tuna at Whole Foods Market.
Seared ahi tuna steaks: if you prefer to have your tuna seared here is what you do: bring a cast iron skillet or pan to high heat. Pat your tuna steak with paper towel. Season with salt and pepper then sprinkle some sesame seeds on both sides. Add a bit of oil to your pan and sear on both sides, about 30 seconds - 1 minute. Remove and slice immediately - add to your spicy tuna poke bowl!
