Ingredients
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon ground oregano
- 1/4 cup chopped yellow onion
- dash of kosher salt
Instructions
- Mix ingredients together in small bowl. Cut Tomatoes into thick chunks, about 3 per tomato. Place tomatoes onto baking sheet. Broil on high 4 minutes (but watch them closely – oven temps may vary).
