Description

Make the Ultimate Chef Salad with this delicious recipe! Packed with flavor and all your favorite ingredients!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 12 hard boiled eggs, quartered or diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumbers, halved
  • 1/2 cup carrots, sliced and quartered
  • 1 cup green olives
  • 1/2 cup colby jack cheese, small cubes
  • 1/2 cup swiss cheese, small cubes
  • 1/2 cup deli turkey, cubed
  • 1/2 cup deli ham, cubed
  • 1/4 cup sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • dressing: ranch and french dressing

Instructions

  1. Divide lettuce between 2 bowls.
  2. Top with egg, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, green olives, colby jack cheese, swiss cheese, turkey, ham, sprouts, sesame seeds and green onions.
  3. Top with ranch and french dressing (or the dressing of your choice). 
  4. Enjoy! 

Notes

  • Amounts listed: of course with a salad feel free to use more or less of the ingredients listed, omit options you don’t like, etc.
  • Dressing: I love using ranch and french dressing on my chef salad and we have a delicious Herby Ranch Dressing on the site as well as a homemade French Dressing – but feel free to use store bought if you want! 
  • Servings: recipe is for 2 large salads
