Description

Easy Black Bean and Avocado Wrap – a delicious, quick and easy lunch option that is dairy-free and plant-based!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Angelic Bakehouse 7 Whole Grain Wrap
  • 2 Tablespoons kerneled corn
  • 1/2 cup black beans, drained
  • 1/2 avocado, cut into chunks
  • 1 Tablespoons diced purple onion
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh cilantro, roughly chopped

Sauce:

  1. 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk
  2. 2 Tablespoons nutritional yeast
  3. pinch or two of salt
  4. Add unsweetened almond milk to thin out, as desired, 1 Tablespoon at a time.

Instructions

  1. Combine Sauce ingredients in mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
  2. Place Angelic Bakehouse 7 Grain Wrap on plate.
  3. Add black beans, corn, avocado, purple onion and cilantro.
  4. Drizzle with sauce.
  5. Enjoy!
