  • 12 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
  • 3 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 24 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mason jar. Close lid and shake to combine.
  2. Alternatively, you can simply place in a small bowl and whisk to combine.
  3. Use on your favorite fried rice recipe – we love it on this Chicken Fried Rice, Shrimp Fried Rice or this Blackstone Fried Rice

  • Gluten-Free: to make this gluten-free use Tamari or coconut aminos.
  • Storage: feel free to make this the day before and store in the fridge – if you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
  • Chili Garlic Sauce: HERE is the chili garlic sauce I use – it is SO good and I use it in so many of my recipes!
