The BEST Fried Rice Sauce ever! Packed with flavor and the perfect addition to your favorite fried rice recipe (shrimp, chicken or veggie)!
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1–2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
- 3 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 2–4 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a mason jar. Close lid and shake to combine.
- Alternatively, you can simply place in a small bowl and whisk to combine.
- Use on your favorite fried rice recipe – we love it on this Chicken Fried Rice, Shrimp Fried Rice or this Blackstone Fried Rice!
Notes
- Gluten-Free: to make this gluten-free use Tamari or coconut aminos.
- Storage: feel free to make this the day before and store in the fridge – if you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
