Description

A creamy and delicious Horseradish Sauce recipe that pairs perfectly with your favorite prime rib recipes!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 23 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a small bowl; mix to combine.
  2. Taste and add additional prepared horseradish, as desired.
  3. Use on your favorite prime rib recipe (like our Standing Rib Roast, Smoked Prime Rib or Grilled Prime Rib)!

Notes

  • Storage: store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
  • Mayo: option to swap out for plain Greek yogurt, but it will definitely have a more tangy flavor. You may not need as much horseradish, so start with a small amount and adjust flavors until you reach what you like.
