A creamy and delicious Horseradish Sauce recipe that pairs perfectly with your favorite prime rib recipes!
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2–3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a small bowl; mix to combine.
- Taste and add additional prepared horseradish, as desired.
- Use on your favorite prime rib recipe (like our Standing Rib Roast, Smoked Prime Rib or Grilled Prime Rib)!
Notes
- Storage: store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- Mayo: option to swap out for plain Greek yogurt, but it will definitely have a more tangy flavor. You may not need as much horseradish, so start with a small amount and adjust flavors until you reach what you like.
