Description
A simple and easy tutorial that teaches you how to make crostini easily at home! Perfect for all of your favorite appetizers!
Ingredients

							Scale

			- 12 slices fresh french baguette
 - 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475 degrees F.
 - Slice a french baguette into 1/2 inch pieces (I like to cut it at a slight angle).
 - Place on baking sheet in a single layer and brush each piece with olive oil.
 - Place in oven, middle rack, and let bake until they start to turn golden brown; approx. 4-8 minutes of cook time (keep an eye on them – everyone’s oven is a bit different). Option to put them under the broiler for a minute, if you prefer them more brown in color.
 - Remove and let cool. Use in your favorite recipes – we love our Homemade Bruschetta and this Spinach Artichoke Dip!

Notes
- Servings: of course you can use this for more or less than 12 slices – however you may need to cook them in batches, depending on the size of your baking pan.
 - Storage: store in an airtight container on the counter top for 3-5 days.
