Description

How to Make Whole30 Tartar Sauce – Super simple and absolutely delicious Whole30 tartar sauce, perfect for any fish fillet or cod cake!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup homemade mayo or primal kitchen mayo
  • 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
  • 2 1/2 Tablespoons sweet yellow onion, chopped 
  • 3 Tablespoons fresh dill, tightly packed
  • 2 1/2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Teaspoon garlic, minced 
  • 2 Teaspoons dijon mustard
  • kosher salt and ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in small food processor.
  2. Pulse to combine, but don’t do it too long as you want it to still be chunky.
  3. Taste and add salt, as needed.
  4. Best if let sit in refrigerator overnight before use.

Notes

  • storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
