How to Roast Cauliflower in the Oven – how to roast a whole head of cauliflower in the oven so it turns out every time!


Ingredients

Garlic Rub

  • 23 raw garlic cloves, very finely minced or grated
  • 23 Tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil

Cauliflower

  • 1 whole head of cauliflower with leaves removed and bottom stem cut so it is flat
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Combine Garlic Rub ingredients in small bowl.
  3. Take cauliflower and place in cast iron skillet (a cookie sheet will work too).
  4. Rub Garlic Rub all over cauliflower and then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Place in oven on middle rack for 30-40 minutes (for a firm texture).
  6. Remove and let cool slightly.
