Learn how to cook ham in the Instant Pot with this easy and delicious recipe. Perfect for Easter, Christmas, or any holiday meal!

Instant Pot Ham:

  • 56 pound pre-cooked, bone-in ham
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup apple cider or apple juice

3 Ingredient Ham Glaze:

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard

  1. Prep Ham: Place ham on a plate and score with a paring knife.
  2. Prep Instant Pot: Add water and apple cider to the Instant Pot; place trivet inside.
  3. Cook Ham: Cover and seal Instant Pot. Cook on HIGH pressure for 12 minutes and then let naturally release for 10 minutes. Carefully release remaining pressure manually according to manufacturer’s instructions.
  4. Glaze: Combine Glaze ingredients in a small bowl. Taste and add any flavors, as desired. Remove ham from Instant Pot and brush all over with glaze – option to place under broiler after you brush on glaze for a minute or two (watch carefully so it doesn’t burn) if you want the glaze to firm up and become tacky.
  5. Serve: Slice and serve immediately.
