Description

This Irish Cold Brew Coffee is a spin on classic Irish coffee, this St. Patrick’s Day cocktail is made with cold brew, Irish whiskey and stout along with simple sugar and dairy-free creamer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cold brewed coffee
  • 1/41/2 cup stout (Guinness is what I used)
  • 1 1/4 oz Irish whiskey (I used Jameson)
  • 12 oz simple syrup (depending upon how sweet you like it – maybe start with 1oz and add additional as you wish)
  • 1/4 cup dairy-free creamer of your choice
  • ice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add ice to a glass and pour in cold brew, stout, whiskey and simple syrup.
  2. Stir to combine
  3. Pour cream around the outside of the glass and watch it slowly fall down through the ice cubes.
  4. Serve immediately and add any additional simple syrup according to taste.
