Description

The perfect, smoothest Peruvian Green Sauce that is amazing on some grilled chicken or steak with some rice!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 12 jalapenos, remove seeds and membrane
  • 12 garlic cloves, smashed
  • 1 green onions, sliced
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt, more to taste
  • pinch of ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Blend: Add ingredients to a high-powered blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
  2. Taste: Taste and add additional salt, jalapeno or lime juice – as desired.
  3. Serve: Serve with some Peruvian Chicken or Grilled Steak!

Notes

  • Make it Spicy: feel free to leave in the seeds + membrane of the jalapeno to amp up the spice!
