Pesto Aioli – an easy, flavorful pesto aioli recipe that is the perfect addition to any sandwich or wrap! Quick and simple!
Ingredients

- 3/4 cup pesto (store-bought or homemade)*
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
- pinch of kosher salt
Instructions
- Add ingredients to a medium-sized bowl.
- Stir to combine.
- Taste and add any additional pesto, lemon zest or garlic, as-desired.
Notes
- *Pesto: feel free to use homemade basil pesto, store-bought pesto or use our homemade dairy-free pesto. Whatever you prefer!
- Serving: we love using this on grilled BLTs or on our favorite Grilled Chicken Sandwich!
- Storage: store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
