Healthy Caesar Dressing - a simple recipe for making delicious Caesar dressing at home - perfect for Caesar salads and wraps!
Ingredients
1/2cupmayo of your choice
3teaspoonsdijon mustard
2teaspoonsgarlicminced or grated
1tablespoonlemon juice
1teaspoonWorcestershire
1/4teaspoonground black pepper
2teaspoonsanchovy paste
1/2tablespoonred wine vinegar
1/2teaspoononion powder
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1/4cupparmesan cheesefinely grated
kosher saltto taste
Instructions
Combine in ingredients in a small bowl or wide mouth mason jar with lid.
Whisk to combine in the bowl or put the cover on your mason jar and shake to combine OR place ingredients in a small food processor and blend until smooth.
Mayo: use whatever brandy you prefer, otherwise we have an awesome Paleo Mayo here!
Dairy-Free: you can make this dairy-free by using a dairy-free version of grated parmesan cheese.
Storage: You can keep your Caesar dressing in the fridge for up to 7 days. It is not recommended to freeze the dressing because it does not thaw well.
Anchovy Substitute: If you don't want to use anchovy paste when making this recipe you could try to use fish sauce. It is a slightly different taste but could be used in a pinch if needed.
