Add ghee to small saucepan and allow to melt on medium-low heat. Don't allow it to get too hot.
Remove from heat, add Frank's Red Hot, and stir constantly until fully combined.
Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
If sauce starts to separate, simply stir again to recombine.
Sauce will thicken as it cools.
Notes
Spice: without adding cayenne pepper, this recipe is "mild/medium" buffalo sauce. Adjust the heat level by adding 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne and it would be "medium". Add 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper and it will be closer to a "hot" or spicy buffalo sauce.
