Ingredients
½cupmayonnaise
2-3tablespoonsprepared horseradish
1teaspoongarlicminced
⅛teaspoonlemon juice
⅛teaspoonkosher salt
⅛teaspoonground black pepper
Instructions
Combine: In a small bowl, add ½ cup mayonnaise, 2-3 tablespoons prepared horseradish, 1 teaspoon garlic, ⅛ teaspoon lemon juice, ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt, and ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper; mix to combine.
Adjust: Taste and add additional prepared horseradish, as desired.
Storage: store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Mayo: option to swap out for plain Greek yogurt, but it will definitely have a more tangy flavor. You may not need as much horseradish, so start with a small amount and adjust flavors until you reach what you like.
