How to Sous Vide Chicken Breasts - An easy and delicious way to prep and cook juicy chicken breasts!
Ingredients
3-4boneless, skinless chicken breasts
kosher salt and ground black pepper
2-3orange slices
2-3lemon slices
2-3sprigsfresh rosemary
1tablespoongheesub extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Prep Chicken: Lightly season 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts with kosher salt and ground black pepper. Take a Foodsaver Bag and add chicken breasts, 2-3 orange slices, 2-3 lemon slices, 2-3 sprigs fresh rosemary and 1 tablespoon ghee. Seal with Foodsaver Preservation System and place in fridge.
Cook: Take a large soup pot and fill with water and using your Sous Vide, bring water to 150℉. Once water has come to temp, place the Foodsaver Bag of chicken inside the water. Allow to cook for 1½ - 4 hours. Once fully cooked, remove chicken from bag.
Sear: Bring a large cast iron skillet to a medium-high heat and sear the chicken on both sides.
