Prep: Preheat oven to 375℉ and prepare a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Make Meatballs: In a large bowl, add 1 ½ pound ground beef, ¼ cup almond flour, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon kosher salt, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon dried basil, and ½ teaspoon ground black pepper. Continue until all the meat is used (you should have around 20 meatballs).
Bake: Place meatballs on the prepared baking sheet, approximately ½ - 1 inch apart. Sprinkle the tops lightly with additional salt and pepper. Bake for 24 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
Serve: Enjoy any way you want - we love them on spaghetti noodles with spaghetti sauce!
Notes

Baking sheet: you can also cook them in a mini muffin tin cups.
Storage: leftover meatballs can be placed in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Freezing: remove from oven and let cool completely. Then, set cooled meatballs on clean baking sheet and place in the freezer for at least an hour. Then place frozen meatballs in a storage bag (the silicone Stasher Bags work well) and keep frozen up to 3 months.
