Pork Roast Marinade
- take your pork roast recipe to the next level with this flavorful pork roast marinade! So good!
Ingredients

sub tamari for gluten-free

garlic
minced

lemon juice

teaspoon
dijon mustard

extra light olive oil

pork roast
pork shoulder or pork butt
Instructions
Add
: In a small bowl, add
grated onion
,
¼ cup soy sauce
,
1 teaspoon garlic
,
1 teaspoon lemon juice
, and
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
. Mix to combine.
Combine
: Whisk in
⅓ cup extra light olive oil
to emulsify a bit and the mixture becomes fully combined.
Marinate
: Pour over a
3-5 pound pork roast

) and marinate for at least 30 minutes before making your favorite

Notes
Paleo/Whole30
: sub coconut aminos for the soy sauce.
Gluten-Free:
sub Tamari for the soy sauce.
Pork Roast Size:
this is a very flexible recipe - I generally use a 3-5lb pork roast, but if you have an even bigger one, this would still work!
Pork Roast Type/Cut:
we are looking at using a pork shoulder or pork butt (boston butt) here.
