Make a homemade
pumpkin cold brew coffee
with pumpkin puree that's naturally sweetened with maple syrup! A new seasonal favorite!
Ingredients

Pumpkin Cold Brew:
▢
3/4
cup
unsweetened almond milk
▢

tablespoons
pumpkin puree
▢
2
teaspoons
pumpkin pie spice
▢
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
▢
1-3
tablespoons
real maple syrup
depending upon how sweet you want it
▢
1/2
cup
- 1 cup cold brew coffee
Toppings (optional):
▢
whipped almond milk or coconut milk
▢
sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
Blend:
Blend all of the ingredients on high for 1-minute.
Pour:
Pour pumpkin cold brew mixture into a glass over ice.
Enjoy:
Add some whipped cream and sprinkle with some pumpkin spice!
Notes
Taste and adjust
: I would start with a tablespoon or two of maple syrup then blend, then add additional maple syrup if needed!
dairy-free:
Make this completely dairy-free by using unsweetened almond milk and
dairy-free whipped cream
.
Add-in
: feel free to add in some collagen if you want!
