Our Sweet Potato Sticks are a delicious & simple recipe for baked sweet potato sticks that are perfect as a snack or an easy side dish!
Ingredients

medium sweet potatoes
▢
2-3
tablespoons
extra virgin olive oil
sub avocado oil
▢
1-2
tablespoons
ground cinnamon
▢
pinch
of kosher salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Use a sharp kitchen knife to cut sweet potatoes into large strips (approx 1/2 inch thick) and place them in a large bowl.
Drizzle with olive oil until all the potatoes are very lightly coated. Sprinkle with cinnamon and pinch of salt and toss.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
Check after 20 minutes and bake for additional 5 minute increments, if not done to your liking.
Serve and enjoy!

Serving Suggestion
: we love to dip them in
ranch dressing
or a
simple mustard mayo
!
Storage
: leftover sticks can be kept in an airtight container in the fridge for 4-5 days.
