Make Creamer: Add ¾ cup coconut milk, 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup and 2 teaspoons vanilla extract to a small cup or glass measuring cup. Stir to combine.
Pour: Put ice cubes in a glass, add 1 cup cold brew coffee, and then pour the sweet cream over the top. Stir.
Serve: Enjoy right away! If you have extra, simply save for later!
