Description

An easy and simple Air Fryer Hard Boiled Eggs recipe that delivers perfect, easy-to-peel eggs every time! Perfect for breakfast on the go or a healthy snack!


Ingredients

  • 6 whole eggs
  • air fryer

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 300 degrees F. for 5 minutes.
  • Place eggs in the air fryer basket and let cook 11-12 minutes. 
  • Carefully remove and transfer directly into an ice bath. Let cool 10 minutes.
  • If you ended up with a few brown spots on the your eggs, simply rub them off with water (after they have cooled off).
  • Dry off and store in the refrigerator or use in your favorite recipe (we love this Classic Egg Salad or Deviled Eggs).

Notes

  • *Air Fryer: a Ninja basket air fryer was used to test this recipe – air fryer styles can differ as far as how hot they get, etc. so adjust the time, as needed, for your specific model.
  • Storage: Store peeled or unpeeled eggs in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
