What is in this Classic Egg Salad Recipe?
- 8 hard boiled eggs, diced
- 1/2 cup dill pickles, diced (check ingredients if Whole30)
- 2 tablespoons pickle juice
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 cup celery, sliced
What Mayo Should I Use?
You can use any mayo that you prefer but if you are looking for a delicious and simple recipe to make your own – check this one out but I also really like this store-bought mayo too! Just check your ingredients if you are worried about paleo/Whole30.
