Description
Our Homemade Buffalo Sauce recipe is delicious, easy, and perfectly spicy! Perfect for wings, meatballs and dips!
Ingredients

							Scale

			- 1/2 cup ghee (sub with butter)
 - 1/2 cup Franks Red Hot
 - 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
 - 1 teaspoon paprika
 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
 - optional: 1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (*see notes)

Instructions
- Add ghee to small saucepan and allow to melt on medium-low heat. Don’t allow it to get too hot.
 - Remove from heat, add Frank’s Red Hot, and stir constantly until fully combined.
 - Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
 - If sauce starts to separate, simply stir again to recombine.
 - Sauce will thicken as it cools.

Notes
- Spice: without adding cayenne pepper, this recipe is “mild/medium” buffalo sauce. Adjust the heat level by adding 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne and it would be “medium”. Add 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper and it will be closer to a “hot” or spicy buffalo sauce.
 - Serving: we love using this with our Grilled Wings or Smoked Chicken Wings!
 - Storage: keep in an airtight container or airtight jar in the fridge for up to 5 days.
