Description

Grilled Corn on the Cob in Foil – grilling corn on the cob in foil is an easy an delicious side dish for any summer meal!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 pieces sweet corn, shucked
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 23 tablespoon butter
  • heavy duty foil

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Lay down large piece of heavy duty foil
  3. Place corn in the middle.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and rub all over.
  5. Sprinkle with salt (you can add more later if you want) and add in 2-3 tablespoons of butter (cut into several small slices).
  6. Cover with another piece of foil and then wrap up tightly ensuring the sides are pinched together so no air can get out (essentially making a foil packet with the corn in the middle).
  7. Place on the grill over direct heat. Close and let cook 15-20 minutes, rotating 1-2 times.
  8. Remove from grill and carefully open the foil (hot steam will come out right away so be careful).
  9. Add additional butter and/or salt, as desired.
