Buffalo Chicken: Add the chicken and buffalo sauce to a large bowl; stir to combine. Feel free to add more sauce, if you want!
Build Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat. Place some lettuce in the middle, followed by some chicken, celery and blue cheese. Fold in the sides, then take the side closest to you and fold over the fillings. Continue rolling and folding away from your body until you have a finished wrap.
Serve: Continue this process, if making more than one wrap, and enjoy!

Creamy: to lighten up the spiciness from the buffalo sauce, feel free to add a dollop of plain greek yogurt or plain dairy-free yogurt in the chicken mixture!
