This super easy Oven Baked Chicken Wings recipe is delicious and kid-friendly! Perfect for a crowd on game day!
Ingredients
1½ - 2poundschicken wings
kosher salt and ground black pepper
Instructions
Prep: Preheat oven to 400℉ and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Place an oven-safe wire rack on top and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Season Chicken: Place 1½ - 2 pounds chicken wings on the wire rack in a single layer, try not to let them touch, and sprinkle generously with kosher salt and ground black pepper.
Bake: Place in the oven, middle rack, and let cook for 30-35 minutes or until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165℉ - use a meat thermometer).
Rest + Serve: Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Serve seasoned with salt and pepper or you can toss in your favorite sauce.
