Pulled Pork Nachos Recipe

Description

An easy, delicious, & tried-and-true pulled pork nachos recipe that is perfect for Game Day!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 812oz tortilla chips
  • 2 cups cooked pulled pork* 
  • 1 cup bbq sauce, store-bought or homemade
  • 34 cups shredded cheese, divided
  • 12 cups black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 12 roma tomatoes, diced
  • 34 green onions, sliced (more for garnish)
  • Garnishes: fresh cilantro, additional green onions, additional bbq sauce, sour cream, salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 
  2. Place a piece of parchment paper on top of a cookie or large baking sheet.
  3. Place a thin layer of chips down and then about half the pulled pork. Drizzle with half the bbq sauce and top with half the cheese.
  4. Layer the other half of the chips on top followed by the rest of the pulled pork, bbq sauce, black beans, tomatoes and green onions. Top with remaining cheese. 
  5. Place in the oven (middle rack) for approximately 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. 
  6. Remove and garnish with fresh cilantro, green onions, additional bbq sauce and serve with sour cream and salsa.
