Liz has always had a passion for food, people, and creativity.  Which makes her our go-to gal for all things brand and social media strategy.  She’s constantly making connections with like minded-brands and brings our recipes to life on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to name a few.

Liz attended Western Michigan University where she studied  communication and psychology.  Post graduation, she got swept up by Target and managed local stores and sales teams.  She quickly learned that strategy was her true passion and made the leap into advertising, where she honed her writing and strategy skills. In the spring of 2022 she came onboard and became an integral part of The Wooden Skillet team!

When she’s not in the kitchen with us, you can find Liz out ‘n about with her family, camping in the north woods, or teaching barre classes at Barre3 Edina.  She’s a whirlwind of energy and we wouldn’t have it any other way!
