Liz joined The Wooden Skillet team in 2022 and helps to bring our recipes to life on social media. Check out our TikTok and Instagram accounts, if you haven’t yet! And as a self proclaimed people person, Liz thrives when she’s making connections with like minded food brands and helping us draw inspiration for our next tasty recipe. Liz started her career in the world of advertising, where she honed her social media and project management skills.

We joke that Liz is our personal trainer as she is also a group fitness instructor at Barre3 Edina. When she’s not sweating it out at the studio or helping out at photoshoots, you can find her snuggling with her weimaraner, getting outside with her family, or hosting a neighborhood game night.
