You all know that eating clean, simple ingredients made with real food is important to me.  So when I discovered how amazing Primal Kitchen’s Salad Dressings were … I had to share them with all of you! So here is a breakdown of ALL the dressings with nutritional information, etc. Here we go!

Primal Kitchen

Primal Kitchen was founded by Mark Sisson who found that eating simple, real food can transform your life. As he states on their website, “That’s why I set out to create Primal Kitchen, the world’s best-tasting, real-food pantry staples. No processed or artificial ingredients, no added sugars, partially hydrogenated or trans fats, soybean or canola oils. No artificial flavors, colors, dyes, waxes or chemical preservatives. Just. Real. Food.”

Sounds good to me!

So many of the products are Whole30 compliant and the ones that aren’t are paleo-friendly! They are dairy-free, made with cage-free eggs and so much other goodness! Obviously I am a fan!

• Balsamic Vinaigrette:

  • REVIEW: Loved how light this was! Would go perfect on any salad!
• Italian Vinaigrette:

  • REVIEW: This might be one of my favorites of the bunch – I have used it as a marinade for chicken as well as a dressing and I love both!
• Green Goddess:

  • REVIEW: I have never been big Green Goddess person, but this was actually really good! Highly recommend!

  • REVIEW: Thousand Island is another dressing I don’t have to often – I really enjoyed this! Not too heavy!

  • REVIEW: Caesar salads (with shrimp or chicken) are a go-to for me on weeknights and this dressing is perfection!
• Dreamy Italian:

  • REVIEW: Very similar to the regular Italian, just a little creamier! I like the classic Italian better, but this is good too!

  • REVIEW: This one surprised me! I did not think I would like it at all and it is really light and refreshing! A fun chicken marinade!
