Caprese Skewers With Balsamic Glaze FAQ & Tips
Can I make caprese skewers with balsamic glaze a day ahead?
Yes. Assemble the caprese skewers and store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Drizzle with balsamic glaze once they’re ready to be served.
Balsamic vinegar is naturally fermented to create a dark colored vinegar and slightly sweet and tangy flavor that’s often used in sauces, marinades, and salad dressings. Balsamic glaze is achieved by simmering balsamic vinegar until it has reduced and thickened.
Balsamic glaze is the most commonly used glaze used on caprese skewers.
How far in advance can caprese skewers be made?
Make caprese skewers a day in advance to yield the best flavor. Hold on adding the glaze until right before serving.
